Not everyone on board is diving, and Komodo rewards snorkelers just as generously. Shallow coral gardens, calm bays, and clear water make it easy to spend an afternoon face-down watching reef fish without ever needing a tank. It's a good fit for families, couples, and anyone who'd rather ease into the water than gear up for a dive.
Pink Beach and Kanawa Island are two of the easiest, most reliable spots — calm, shallow, and full of life close to shore. Siaba Besar, often called turtle city, turns up turtles feeding in the shallows, and Manta Point isn't just for divers; snorkelers regularly spot mantas gliding past from the surface too.
Our leisure open trips run 4 days 3 nights or 6 days 5 nights, and private charters can be tailored from 4 days 3 nights, all departing Labuan Bajo aboard our Phinisi. A 4 days 3 nights trip takes in Kelor island, snorkelling at Manjarite beach, the evening bat show, the Padar Island viewpoint, Pink Beach and the Komodo dragons at Loh Liang. The 6 days 5 nights route adds a wilder Pink Beach reached early in the morning, Taka Makassar, a crescent of white sand where manta rays are a real possibility, the uninhabited island of Gili Lawa, and snorkelling at Sebayur Besar and Seven Mushroom.
